For many months, we have been working hard to write down our experiences and to be able to share the FastChangeCo journey of building the Data Solution with you all.
As they say at FastChangeCo: Data is evidence of past activities, events recorded over time that we can discover and analyze. But without an understanding of the context in which it was created, data is nothing more than "stuff".
Our book Data Engine Thinking covers the entire methodology to deliver a data solution that is designed to adapt to progressive understanding - and ultimately meet the needs of the business.
